Ehemaliges Kaufmannshaus Erbaut 1707 vermutlich nach Plänen des Aachener Stadtbaumeisters Mefferdatis. Hinter dem Haus ein typischer Kaufmannshof des 18. Jh. mit sogenannten Schererwinkeln. Heute Sitz des Ministerpräsidenten der DG und der Euregio Maas-Rhein. Former merchant’s house Built in 1707 probably to a design by the Aachen City architect Mefferdatis. Behind the house is a typical 18th Century merchant’s courtyard with its cloth shearer workshops. The building currently holds the offices of the Prime Minister of the DG and the Maas-Rhine Euregio.
